Stephanie Walton

STEPHANIE WALTON is DVP of operations, where she leads a team of over 100 associates in five functional areas: merchandise operations, logistics, office services, global business analysis, and budget/finance, at TJX. Over the last decade, she has worked with many people to create a plan for their lives. She has developed tools through her experiences that helped her overcome homelessness, heal dysfunctional family relationships, advance in corporate America, and ultimately, pursue her own passion for helping others build their dreams. As a leader in the retail industry for over twenty years, Walton has led teams and organizations through both growth and contraction. She began her career at TJX in the California Buying Office as a Buyer over twelve years ago. She became a market manager covering footwear for the US and Canada. Walton is a published author of the book Succeeding with Passion: Simple Strategies to Drive Your Life, Relationships, and Career Forward.
