Tonya Webster
TONYA WEBSTER is senior vice president and chief consumer experience officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Webster and team focus on the creation, enterprise-wide delivery, and measurement of consumer-oriented solutions. She is a seasoned CX professional with strong expertise in technology and digital transformations. Webster joined Blue Cross in June 2020 from Comcast Corporation, where she was vice president of customer experience & operations, driving end-to-end customer and employee experience for subscribers. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Citibank, General Electric, and USAA. In the year she’s been with Blue Cross, she’s championed consumer experience initiatives in collaboration with other key stakeholders focused on improving equity, affordability, and quality of care for Blue Cross members. @bcbsma
